A woman with brown hair sitting on a large rock along a beach, drinking from a clear plastic cup with a straw, wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans, and sneakers, with palm trees and the ocean in the background on a sunny day.

I created for Intuitive Living because I was tired of forcing myself into ways of living that made me feel less alive.

I was doing the right things, saying the right things, building a life that looked good on paper, and still feeling disconnected.

To me, intuitive living is not about being impulsive or doing whatever feels good in the moment. It is about learning to tell the difference between fear, conditioning, and truth.

For a lot of us, the friction shows up quietly: in relationships we pretend not to want, in routines that feel punishing, in identities we keep trying to fit because they’re praised.

I spent years believing that if I could just become more disciplined, more healed, more confident, then things would finally click. What I learned instead is that clarity does not come from pushing harder. It comes from slowing down enough to actually listen to yourself, and having the courage to take that information seriously.

Intuitive Living is a space for that kind of listening. Not to fix yourself. Not to optimize your life. But to understand yourself more honestly, so your choices feel aligned rather than forced.

I am not here to tell you how to live your life. I do not believe there is a single right way to do any of this. I believe the most fulfilling lives are built through self awareness, discernment, and a willingness to question what we have been taught to want.

If you are here, chances are you already sense that something about the way you are living or relating or striving does not fully fit anymore. You do not need to burn everything down. You do not need to become someone new. You just need space to hear yourself clearly again.

That is what this work is about.
